1) About KPSOCLUB

2) Our Offerings & Nature of Content

  • Paid Courses (online, primarily pre-recorded): For educational purposes only.
  • Paid Premium Telegram Community (“Community”): Research commentary, general market views, trade setups, and educational discussions. This is not personalized advice, portfolio management, or trade execution. Frequency/availability of posts or “calls” is not guaranteed.

3) Eligibility & Account

You must be legally competent to contract under Indian law. Keep your login/Telegram access secure. You’re responsible for actions under your account.

4) Pricing, Payment & Taxes

All prices are shown exclusive/inclusive of taxes as displayed at checkout. Payments are due upfront via approved methods. All fees are non-refundable and non-cancellable under all circumstances, including dissatisfaction, change of mind, or discontinuation/modification of any feature. No chargebacks/disputes except for bona fide payment fraud.

5) Course License & Use

You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access the course content. Sharing, reselling, recording, re-uploading, or redistribution is strictly prohibited. We may suspend/terminate access for violations, misuse, or breach of trust.

6) Premium Telegram Community (Paid)

  • Scope: General research, market commentary, educational discussions. No guaranteed returns or minimum number of messages/calls.
  • Conduct: Be respectful; no spam/solicitation.
  • Confidentiality: All insights/reports are for paid members only. Unauthorised forwarding, reposting, or screenshots are prohibited and may invite legal action and immediate termination without refund.
  • Access Control: We may moderate, revoke, modify, or discontinue Community access/features at any time to maintain quality/compliance.

7) No Personalized Advice, PMS, or Execution

We do not provide personalized investment advice tailored to your risk profile, do not execute trades, and do not manage portfolios. Content is educational/general in nature. Consult your own registered investment adviser for suitability. Past performance does not guarantee future returns.

8) Risk Disclaimer

Trading/investing involves substantial risk. Options and derivatives carry high risk due to leverage/volatility. Proceed strictly at your own risk and only as per your risk appetite. KPSOCLUB/its associates are not responsible for financial losses or other damages arising from your actions.

11) Research Analyst Disclosures

  • Registration: CA Kaushal Somani is registered with SEBI as Research Analyst (INH000016418). Registration/NISM certification does not guarantee performance or returns.
  • Nature of Research: Technical/derivatives analyses may diverge from fundamental views.
  • Conflicts/Interests:
    • The research analyst/associates/relatives do not have any material conflict of interest at the time of publication.
    • They do not have financial interest or ≥1% beneficial ownership in the subject company at the end of the month preceding publication/public appearance.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KPSOCLUB, its owners, and associates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages (including trading losses, loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from use of our Courses or Community.

14) Confidentiality of Recommendations (Paid Members)

All research/recommendations/reports shared with paid members are confidential. Any unauthorised distribution will be treated as a breach of confidentiality and may invite legal action and immediate termination without refund.

15) Service Changes & Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature, course module, or Community functionality at any time (including for compliance/operational reasons) without liability. We may update these Terms with prior intimation.

16) Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jalgaon, Maharashtra, India.
